South Lake Union Interurban Exchange |
When a large Seattle developer was required to construct two new traffic signals adjacent to their proposed development, they turned to Transpo Group. As part of the development project team, Transpo had already prepared the transportation section of the EIS for the project. Transpo prepared design plans and bid documents for the two new signals and, upon approval of the plans by the City, assisted with selection of a contractor. Transpo then served as the developer’s representative during construction of the signals, overseeing the construction and assisting with coordination between the City and the contractor to ensure that the signals were completed in time to meet the targeted occupancy date of the development.
