Traffic Engineer (Boise, ID)

Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
· Two years of experience
·  Will accept Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with coursework in Traffic Engineering and Traffic Flow in lieu of Bachelors degree and experience requirement 

Position Description: 
Perform traffic planning studies evaluating traffic signals, corridors, and complex transportation systems. Develop TDM programs, neighborhood plans, traffic calming measures. Design traffic and multi-modal systems, including bus transit, rail, and other high capacity transit systems. Perform level of service analysis. Write traffic impact studies. Make presentations to public officials.
